Working spreadsheets. No portal, no seat licence, no login — you get the file and it is yours to filter, pivot and mark up. Every field carries a method note, and every figure traces to a named source document and an extraction date.

GSA Lease Refresh Watchlist

Every GSA lease in the engagement window, scored on refresh potential, with the lessor of record named and sorted by when to make contact. On a succeeding lease the building owner prepares the offer and buys the tenant improvement work — not GSA.

How delivery works

Card checkout opens shortly. Until it does, ask for any file — by form or at [email protected] — and we will invoice and send it directly at the listed price.

When checkout is live, payment goes through Stripe and asks for your firm name, because the workbook is licensed and stamped to it. On confirmation you get a download link by email within five minutes, valid for 72 hours, together with the methodology note for that file. Files are never public — the link is signed and expires.

Updates are included for the period stated on the product. When a file rebuilds you get a fresh link, not an invoice.

Each file is licensed for the internal use of the named recipient. Not for resale, redistribution or republication. The underlying government records are public domain; the compilation, derived fields and analysis are not.

Something wrong in a file, or need a cut we don't publish? Tell us — custom pulls are part of the annual subscription.
