Every active federal construction vehicle, by the office that owns it
Most federal construction is not bought one job at a time. It is ordered off a multiple-award vehicle that was competed years ago. This is the index of those vehicles — who runs each one, what it covers, and when its ordering period ends.
USACE runs its districts separately and each publishes its own page in its own format. NAVFAC does the same by region. PBS was reorganized out of its eleven-region structure and the award data has not caught up. The result is that there is no single place to see what exists — which is the gap this index fills.
Offices holding fewer than three vehicles are included in the totals but do not have a page of their own, and Air Force installation contracting squadrons are grouped together rather than split across dozens of base-level codes.

The recompete calendar narrows this to the vehicles whose ordering period ends inside twelve months — the ones worth planning capture around now. GSA leases approaching renewal are at leases by state.
No advertising. No sponsored items. No money from any firm we cover.
The workbook adds every firm holding a seat on each of these vehicles, how much has actually been ordered against each ceiling, the small-business share, and the cross-agency view of which primes hold seats at DoW, VA and PBS at once.
