Prospectus-level projects need approval from House Transportation and Infrastructure and Senate Environment and Public Works before GSA can obligate. They appear one to three years before any solicitation.

Methodology
- Parsed from the source PDFs, one row per document, with the source file name retained so any figure can be traced back to the page it came from.
- Blank cells mean the source document did not state the value in a parseable form. They are not zeros.
- The FY2027 prospectus threshold is $4.109M for construction, alteration and lease projects and $2.055M for alterations in leased buildings.
Limits
- Figures are as submitted. They are requests, not appropriations — committee approval and actual funding are separate events.
- Amended prospectuses supersede an earlier submission. Check the Amended column before summing.
- GSA has proposed raising the prospectus threshold to $75M. If that passes, far fewer projects would require a prospectus and this forward visibility would largely disappear.
